Meet Head Coach Jade:
Jade's journey in the performing arts began at the prestigious Liverpool Theatre School Ltd, where she honed her skills before graduating from Falmouth University with a degree in Dance & Choreography. In 2016, while still pursuing her studies, Jade founded Scruffy Mutt Theatre Ltd, quickly transforming it into a thriving hub for performing arts and cheerleading, offering over 15 diverse sessions within just a year.
Her passion for competition and student development led Jade to create unforgettable experiences for her athletes, taking them to renowned events in Los Angeles, Barcelona, and Paris. With a professional background in the TV and theatre industry, Jade has graced the stage in productions such as Les Misérables, Annie, The King and I, as well as popular TV series like Grange Hill and Hollyoaks.
In 2017, Jade became a qualified cheerleading coach, driven by her lifelong love for the sport, which blossomed from her early years as a competitive gymnast and acrobat. After gaining valuable experience working with various companies in the Hampshire area, she decided to embark on a new adventure by launching her own company alongside former student and now coach, Katie.
With her extensive experience, infectious enthusiasm, and unwavering dedication to her athletes, Jade is committed to fostering a supportive and inspiring environment where every dancer and cheerleader can thrive.

Katie's journey in the world of dance began at a young age, igniting a lifelong passion that would shape her future. As a college student, she took a significant step forward by joining the competitive Scruffy Mutt Dance Company, where she had the privilege of being taught by Head Coach Jade. This experience not only honed her skills but also fueled her ambition to pursue a career in teaching and coaching.
With a degree in Dance and Choreography, Katie has performed on stages around the globe, showcasing her talent in both cheer and dance competitions. Her diverse experiences have enriched her understanding of movement and performance, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to her coaching.
Now, as a dedicated coach at Rapid Cheerleading and Dance, Katie is more excited than ever to inspire and empower the next generation of dancers and cheerleaders. She believes in creating a supportive and encouraging environment where every athlete can thrive, develop their skills, and build lasting friendships.
With her infectious enthusiasm and commitment to excellence, Katie is ready to lead her teams on an incredible journey filled with growth, teamwork, and unforgettable experiences.
